I am Lily Rao, the founder of LiveTax Inc, a CPA firm, and I also operate a sole proprietorship as a mortgage broker. With over 30 years of accounting experience since 1990 and a strong educational background, I offer comprehensive accounting and tax services through LiveTax Inc. Simultaneously, as a mortgage broker, I provide assistance to clients in securing mortgages, leveraging the wealth of experience gained from my tax accounting background.

I take great pride in delivering professional and responsible services. While excelling in my field, I must admit that I am not particularly skilled as a salesperson. I also prefer not to engage in managerial duties or review the work of employees. Valuing the freedom to manage my own time, I personally handle most of the services I offer, occasionally delegating tasks such as data entry. Prioritizing quality service over business volume is my current focus. Although not actively seeking business expansion, my commitment lies in consistently improving work efficiency, particularly in communication. This approach is essential to better serve a growing number of clients, offering possibilities and assurances.

My work is primarily characterized by remote asynchronous tasks. I am prompt in responding to emails and messages within a working day. When synchronous communication is necessary, I schedule in-person, Zoom, or phone meetings. Otherwise, I welcome messages at other times.

Due to limited energy resources, I have temporarily halted my involvement in the realtor business, which may be a permanent decision. My interests are focused, and I appreciate solitude. Outside of work, I enjoy reading books, watching YouTube, and engaging in conversations with friends. While my range of interests may not be extensive, I have conducted in-depth research on Buddhism. I was admitted to a renowned university as a doctoral student in Buddhist studies but chose not to pursue it. I am open to connecting with friends who share an interest in this field.
